Please no FOX NEWS!!!! I don't go to eat & watch TV. I asked for lemon for my ice tea & was told "we have no lemon". ... Really???? I asked for sashimi salad, easy enough to make you have everything but NO was the only thing my wait staff seemed tounderstand. I did get the sashimi platter, over priced but the fish was good. There was way to much ginger dressing on theice berg lettuce. I won't go back , the server was not friendly or flexible in meeting my food needs. I left a tip because Iknow it is often the only real $$$ staff make but not worth the $30.00 I spent for lunch. Read more
Incredible food at a descent price. More of an upscale restaurant, yet casual at the same time.

The food was amazing and the service was kinda fast. But I ordered a Pepsi and it was 100% flat. I asked to exchange it, but my... server told me (after I'd asked for several other options and was repeatedly told "no we don't have that.... Dr. Pepper, Mr.Pibb, Cherry coke, coke) that they only had lemonade, ice tea,and hot tea. I ordered hot green tea, and it tasted like nastydish water. Other than that, it was so good! Unexpectedly great. I'm from the Pacific Northwest where sushi restaurants are on every corner like Starbucks. Finding an... authentic sushi restaurant in tiny Newton with friendly service with fantastic sushi and bento was a real treat. Read more
