Super slow, waited 15 min for my food even though there was no line. Their current way of being, where they only take digital... orders just means this place isn't prioritizing the in store customer experience at all. Don't bother coming unless you'veordered ahead. And even when the food is ready, they don't bring it out to the pickup area and give you attitude when you askfor it (even tho it's bagged and ready in the back). They also don't give cups of water to kids even tho it's obvious we'vebought sodas for all adults with us... So I guess I should buy the water at a soda price? No good. The food is fine, but the organization is non-existent. Half the time I show up for lunch to see a printed out sign saying... they're opening late (no updates via the app or anywhere else)--at noon on a weekday. The other half of the time your food ishalf an hour late. Got in today and apparently they're only taking orders via the app. It's a total crapshoot as to whetheryou'll actually have a convenient time at this location. Read more
This was my go-to Mexican restaurant in the neighborhood. I liked a lot before and visited it monthly, or more, during the past... three years. Like before, I placed a mobile order on the past Sunday. It was not until I got home that I found a left-over plateas shown in the picture. I got back to the restaurant and confronted the staff who placed my order. The staff questioned whetherI had tampered the food. :(( (To his credit, he did replace the food for me.) I mean.. it?s chipotle. Not amazing but not bad either. I get it about 2-3x a week because it?s close to where I work and it?s... convenient, I?d rather go here when I forget my lunch than anywhere else because it?s healthier and cheaper than most places.Anyways it?s super inconsistent. I don?t know if they keep replacing cooks or what. It?s understandable just inconvenient. Somedays the rice is very undercooked, others overcooked, others watery. The meat is dry or fatty, only once in a while juicy. Thepico for the last few months has tasted not fresh at all, oddly enough almost has tasted very bitter almost like it was moldy.The guac has been super chunky and brown and stringy as well. Portion sizes are usually awful. The service is good, a bit slowand disorganized but those people work so hard I cannot blame them at all. AnywYs I?m writing this review hoping they canimprove because I love chipotle but it?s been so eh?! Btw don?t do delivery, they forget things. Terrible service, food and hygiene. Staff is consistently slow and or extremely rude to other staff and customers. Food is... consistently undercooked the past 5 times I've been (rice and beans). I just went there again today as I saw that there was somenew staff and when I was checking out saw a mouse run across the dining room.
