This place is awesome always but Door Dash drivers are absolutely terrible. I placed an order through Door Dash and never... received my order because the driver left it somewhere else and never posted location. He also never responded to texts or phonecalls. This isn?t the only bad experience I had with these drivers. The Soup Factory should rethink using this service for theircustomers. Read more

Just had a bowl of a special today - Tuscan Chicken. It is SO good. I love so many of the soups here, even ones I don't think... I would like. My favorite is African Peanut, which is brothy, and the summer Gazpacho. Best I've every had. Also butternutsquash and chickpea is great - not sweet like most squash soups but savory.
