Terrible experience in Dunkin? , I ordered 2 black coffees, one decaf. and cheese sandwich. Loud women with extremely broken... English kept saying to other worker milk, I told her many times I don?t want milk. She didn?t listen and kept saying milk overand over. I said black coffee twice pointing to two cups she put down on the counter in front of me. She let me take it, eventhou both workers standing there knew that one regular coffee had milk in it, actually two. No way she didn?t know by thanthat she made a mistake. I?m milk intolerant and couldn?t drink it, two dollars and 19 cents waisted. The other decaf was foreldery woman as well as cheese sandwich that was fine. All the employees were barely speaking some English, I even brought it upto young man that said that he was the manager. He spoke well and said that he will address it. When I opened regular coffeewith the milk ( wrong order) I called via phone the store on 138 Needham St. Newton today many times during three hours withoutany answer !?! There isn?t phone no. for Dunking corporate on the internet, otherwise I would be speaking to them instead ofleaning review here. This is US and employees MUST understand and speak English when the are charging money for order thatneeds to be correct! I was ripped off and I?m sure it was purposely and not corrected when there was a chance in the store. Terrible service by women that didn?t speak English, wrong order, nobody answering store phone when I tried to get refund. Store is to far to drive back today, so this review has to do. Read more
Dirty Dunkin? Gets my heart pumpin?. Especially, the drive-thru. It?s fast every time I go.
I love coming to this Dunkins. It's pretty fun in the morning. Everyone is pleasant. This place is fast and accurate. I wish... the parking lot wasn't so crazy, so if you cant park correctly, just park on the street or near the liquor store. I usually dothat so then I can sit in the car and people watch the people who drive like nuts in the morning. This is my go to Dunkins whenI'm in Newton. Gives me a good laugh before I head home. Really enjoy the Egg and Cheese on a Crosaint. Do appreciate the Ice. The Crew is always so terrific.
