I got the wrong order, and the other guy by the oven fixed it. But the cashier got mad on me when I asked for a refund. Things... happened and it is nothing to me but the fact you being rude to me I didn?t like and it shouldn?t be. Read more

The employee there was new so was a little slow in gathering my order but it was completely fine. He was very friendly and did... his best to get everything right and asked if he was unsure of what i said. He was more pleasant than some other employees atother dunkin locations. Read more

1 of the smaller locations I've visited but still great & efficient service. Very limited seating but this DD looks like a grab... & go for customers, based on my observation while dining there. They made my sourdough sandwich exactly like the advertised pics(unlike other locations near where I live, bread barely toasted & no toasted color) - properly toasted with black pepper bacon,YUM! There was a language barrier that made for a frustrating experience here. I had to repeat my exact order many times and then it... was still made wrong. I'm pretty sure the men working here need to find new jobs, they were so miserable and just unpleasant tobe around. Friendly, precise customer service is lacking!Get it together guys Read more

The place is pretty similar to the other Dunkin' I've been to, with one exception: the staff! The man behind the counter... (Mohammed, I believe? Tall, bald, a little pale) was so kind and helpful it blew me away. I'm new to Mass (just moved) andpretty new to ordering at Dunkin' ? I accidentally came in right before closing, confused and asking a ton of questions, and hewas STILL wonderful and sweet. I've got the membership app, now, and definitely plan on coming back to this location. Two thumbsup!! Read more
