This place is awesome always but Door Dash drivers are absolutely terrible. I placed an order through Door Dash and never... received my order because the driver left it somewhere else and never posted location. He also never responded to texts or phonecalls. This isn?t the only bad experience I had with these drivers. The Soup Factory should rethink using this service for theircustomers. Read more

Take out only, although there were some outdoor tables around the corner. We all loved their soups, salads and bread. They have... refrigerated soups to bring home, too. Love it! Read more
Just had a bowl of a special today - Tuscan Chicken. It is SO good. I love so many of the soups here, even ones I don't think... I would like. My favorite is African Peanut, which is brothy, and the summer Gazpacho. Best I've every had. Also butternutsquash and chickpea is great - not sweet like most squash soups but savory. This place has been here for 25+ years. A true staple for good soup around the area. The only reason I don?t have 5 stars ... anymore is their hours of operations, which has downgraded to no longer including the weekends. Staff can be more friendly aswell. Read more
SOUP FACTORY: when we walked in, the place didn?t look much like the pictures bc of covid so we were a little thrown off. But... I?ve heard such amazing things about this place so we got an order of clam chowder and an order of the chicken soup. They alsogave us French and multi grain bread as a side. it. was. amazing. this place definitely lives up to its reputation and I will100% be returning. the story on the side of the bowls is also heartwarming. highly recommend!! MODERN ROTISSERIE: The attachedfarm to table restaurant, The Modern Rotisseries is also phenomenal. We got two half chicken plates with rice, green beans, andplantains. The chicken was so tender that it flaked off at the slightest touch of a fork. The sides were perfectly seasoned andso fresh. I got mine not spicy but the was a wide selection of sauces.
