Trying to balance out the negative reviews since this place JUST opened, also it?s the food world, it?s gonna be busy at busy... times, during the holiday season. Yes, maybe they need to work on getting their staff trained, but it takes time. Don?t writethem off, they seem to care about proper sanitation and are very apologetic. Gave this place a second try since it wasn?t a busy night at all compared to the past couple days (where we waited over an hour... for a mobile order). We did not even get half of what we ordered and the portions were minuscule. I understand things beingmessed up the first newer days when it was completely overcrowded but we expected more from a slow night. Read more
What a joke. We ordered pickup for 4:50pm and finally walked out with the food at 5:15pm. Ironically, if we had just walked in,... got in line and ordered that way, we would have got the food quicker. Then, upon getting home, one of our tacos had no chickenin it whatsoever. 10 people working in the back and only one person lazily packing pickup orders, so I?m not surprised. The reviews about tiny portions, stuff missing, and 45+ minute waits are all accurate. Worst experience Ive ever had at a... Chipotle. The staff was friendly and that's about all they had going for them. This staff needs training and the manager needsto be fired on the spot and someone with actual managerial experience needs to be put in their place. When your mobile orderpickup line is longer than your walk-in order line you have serious issues. The parking lot was confusing but not bad, but Icould see it being a nightmare when the Starbucks next door gets really busy. Read more
The line for people waiting for their mobile order was bigger than the actual line. This is because I watched the normal line... actually move, while the mobile order was not. I waited over 45 minutes for my small order of food, and still nothing. Idecided to wait in line to order it physically and get a refund later for the mobile order. Turns out, I was able to leave withmy food before they even called out another mobile order name. I saw 4 people work on a singular mobile order. All for oneorder. It was my first time having Chipotle and boy I've been missing out. Totally delicious and a ton of food. Ordered online and it... was very easy. Food was ready on time. Walked in picked it up. Easy! Also price point was perfect! Very pleased and willcontinue to visit. Only downside is that the parking lot was loaded, but I did find a spot without too much difficulty. Read more
I made a mobile order for pickup. I arrived 20 minutes after the designated time and they still said it would be another hour... from then. I went to the live ordering line to try and salvage the visit but was told "before you start, look at what we have.We are out of everything so I don't want to waste your time."
