This place is horrible. The last time I went, a few months ago I was extremely disappointed between service and food. I said I... would never go back. But I did today, no Diet Pepsi, then the order came to $8.52, he gives me $1.45 change, I said I should get3 cents more, he said we don't have any pennies. It wasn't about 3 cents, he wasn't even going to tell me. Plus the person Iplaced the order with was very hard to understand and communicate with. First off no one was at the counter and I had to wait at least 10 minutes for the lady to acknowledge me because she was on her... phone. While waiting I noticed how filthy dirty the place was. Literally disgusting. I placed my order and she proceeds to fillit. Then I see her taking the chicken that she placed in the bucket take it out with her fingers and replace it with differentchicken. Do NOT go to this KFC. When we walked in. There was no one in line. We waited 5-10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. The guy... working the drive thru was working the counter too. He rushed through my order and I waited another 10-15 minutes. When we gothome, we realized they didn?t give us the extra crispy. The chicken was soggy. The large Mac and cheese was not even half full.The corn looked like they just dumped it from the can. And the biscuits were raw inside. The food was actually gross. I agreewith others that the inside isn?t cleaned and most people working there, which only seemed like 4-5 were confused as to whattheir jobs were. A year ago, this place was so much better.. Employee told me to move along because she's "working for speed" literally 2 seconds after handing me my food. No one was behind... me! Didnt even give my receipt. Everything that was chicken was way overcooked, the 12pc bucket and the popcorn chicken in the famous bowls. Nothing even tasted... like KFC food should taste. It tasted good and fresh the last time we went a month ago ago but this time everything we got wasterrible! Plus they even forgot our large order of popcorn chicken that we paid for to top it all off! But unfortunately we live40 minutes away so it's too far to go back and get it but it would probably be overcooked or sat out for hours also! Not surewhat's changed in the past month but the owner really needs to go see what's going on and why! Just look at the reviews the pastfew weeks because they are all terrible. Read more
i never leave reviews but this place is absolutely AWFUL. they are unnecessarily rude, always mess up the order even if its not... busy, our fountain drinks are OUT OF SYRUP so its literally just club soda. we?ve tried to call them multiple times to complainand they dont answer the phone (i called when there was no one ordering) do not go here ever, not worth it and you will getripped off of your money. I ordered online. Order was not even started until I walked in to pick it up. It took them 45 minutes to make it because they... kept giving my items to the drive thru customers. Janice snd Kevin gave me raw chicken and left their used gloves in mydaughter?s sandwich. As usual, they were out of fountain drinks. The store was dirty. Trash on the floors. Open garbage cans,they don?t change gloves when they go outside and come back in (well they changed them in my food), no masks, several otherhealth code violations. This is my recent 2nd visit. I suppose management has changed because the food has been excellent both times. Ordering was... quick, the food was quick, the chicken sandwich juicy. Last time I got chicken strips which were also yummy. 100% better thanwhat I used to know. Read more
