They don't give you a receipt. You have to ask for one. I had my meal. I got home, realize I got my receipt. I went back, & they... said, they cannot retrieve it. Because it was too long ago. I told them it was about 20 minutes ago. I think the manager was toobusy to look for it. I am never going back to this Taco Bell. They need to train people better. Read more
6 soft Taco Supremes 1 nacho Bell grande. $21 Plus change that includes tax. In the sack we have over 30 some sauces hot and... mild sauce six napkins. This time I got home the nachos were soft the tacos were just mush I was 6 minutes from the house. Now Ihope you enjoy that money you got from me because I will not be back. I felt tricked in the drive thru lane. There was a girl out front to take my order (like how chick-fila does to speed time),... ended up waiting in drive thru for 19mins before I got my order. Had I not paid immediately after placing my order, I would haveleft. Don't waste your time going here unless you got 30 mins or more to wait for your food. Read more

My husband waited outside for this place to open. He tried the doors and they were locked. He tried the drive thru and no... response. The first time I called I was told this location opened at 8am. He called and got an answering service. I called backand got the same. I?m not sure why your time on Google doesn?t reflect what is actually happening at this business. I always order bean burritos with extra beans and rice. They used to actually give me the extra beans I paid for. I always... remind them, because I can see them, and they always say yeah, we're doing the extra. But they don't. I don't like confrontationand it wouldn't do any good anyway. Maybe the owners of this location have told them to skimp, I don't know. But when I order 4burritos with extra beans, add rice and I pay almost $12 to get no extra beans...I'm officially done with this location. I'll gofurther down 70 where they always get it right. The past few times that I have been in there with my grandson we've had the worst service ever no one wants to take your order... eight or nine people standing in the back not one person can come to the front to take an order they come and say use thekiosk... the past two times I've been in there they've got the food wrong... today they left out five different items and when Iwent up to show them my receipt the guy making the food was eating off the line with gloves on and then telling me that he madethe order that I was lying.... I proceeded to have a Taco Bell cashier go over to my table count the items on the table and shetold them that I was right and he was argumentative so I asked to speak to the manager and the manager said she wasn't coming upthere... to give me what I want... it's not what I wanted... it's what I paid for!! I will be calling corporate... my grandsonwas terrified so bad he didn't want to even eat and I will never set foot in that Taco Bell (Newton) again ever!!! if you can'thire the proper people to do the job and train them to take care of the customer properly then they don't need to be inthere.... it does not take nine people to run a drive-through line or a cooks line... I know that's my background... get itright or close it down for all I care.. Worst fast food ever!!
