I was on a business trip with my family. It was about lunch time while we traveled to the East Coast, and found this Pizza Hut... about 5 minutes from interstate 80. As we walked in Star greeted us, told us feel free to sit we?re ever we liked. She was theonly one working and it was the lunch rush. LET ME TELL YOU!!! Outstanding job, great customer service and very attentive todetail. She was working carry out, drive true, online orders, and waited tables. GIVE STAR A RAISE!!! We will drive 20 minutes to pick up food since we are outside their delivery area, food is always hot and cooked to perfection.... Wings have really gone up in price but if that's what your craving, pay the price, but be warned they are a little on thesmall side. We've never had an incorrect order and I really customize my pizzas! Love the Edge pizza, thin, crispy and plenty ofyour whatever your toppings are. Pasta, wings, pizza or cheesy bread oh and stuffed crust pizza - they have a wide range ofmenu items for all your picky eaters. Read more

Took a minute for them to notice I showed up at the counter to pick up my pizza but once they noticed they were kind and... courteous and got my order out to me ASAP Read more
First visit, ordered online. Pizza was marked on app as done 5 minutes before it was ready at the store. Had to pull back around... because they were finishing it for another 4 minutes after it was marked done. Wasn't able to complain because they don't put asurvey code on receipts. Their Motto should be, "We are always out of something." I order online and like clockwork, get a call saying they only have 1... order of something or they are out. Hell, they were out of pizzas on one order? Response to the owner: I have given you plentyof chances over 4 years I have lived here. Last order, you only had one order of cheesy bread. I ordered 2. Instead of replacingthe order with the breadsticks with the existing order, your fine employees only gave me the breadsticks, yet charged me for thebread you did not deliver as well. This is not the first time this happened. Waiting 45 minutes to correct this with an item yousold to another customer and didn't even have afterwards isn't a solution to my original complaint. You won't do better becausetime has told me you won't. I'll stick with Gionino's or Tiger Den. The new Dominos is just as bad as you. First visit to this Pizza Hut. We were welcomed by restaurant manager, Andrea, who was very hospitable and friendly. We ordered... "Detroit Style" pizza (meat lover, well it was lacking in the meat department! It was delicious, but I would've ordered extratoppings! I give this a one star just because of how difficult it is to order. The website always has problems. I downloaded the app, it... constantly gives the ?oops, something went wrong? error. And then you call but get sent to another country and they can?t letyou choose certain things. It?s just to much trouble to place an order anymore. Read more
