I have had both experiences at this place. delivery and dining in. Both of them were great. When I ordered food to be... delivered, service was fast and food was hot and exactly the way I ordered. The place in the restaurant is very welcoming ,Friendly and quick service .The menu is very diversified and includes gluten free options. Love their pizza! Always done right! Had a delicious panini and chicken fingers with fries. Great staff!
I don't often leave negative reviews but there was too many errors with food and service, I couldn't even eat my salad because... the chicken was so over done. Plus they give you a menu with no prices on it. Then on top of it they add a 3.75% servicecharge if you use your credit card. There's a small sign by front counter that you don't see unless you ask what the charge isfor. Sorry this doesn't sit well with me. If I knew I would of paid cash instead. Read more
I usually do not write reviews but... I have been looking for REAL New York style pizza in Newtown and I finally found it!!... Franco's is awesome, staff super friendly, good dining area, and TASTY food. 10/10 would totally recommend. Thanks Franco'sPizza and Pasta for the awesome experience cant wait to go back. Read more
