Nice staffs, but got my order wrong for two items. I asked for a vanilla shake and garlic mashed potatoes. Instead, I got an... Oreo shake and normal mash potatoes. Also, the chicken and mash potatoes taste dry and taste odd. The pasta taste nice butbarely has any sauce. Read more
Meh. Haven't tried Applebee's in a while so we did. The boneless wings were dry and barely had any sauce on them. Hubby's meal... was over spiced and over salted. Mashed potatoes were good though. Sangria is always good. Guess we'll just come for sangria andmashed potatoes next time. Read more
Walked in yesterday (Monday) and the place was basically empty. We stood at the door while two workers walked passed us and said... nothing. Then two employees looked toward us and slowly started strolling over. They stopped about 6 ft away and finished aconversation for another 3 min before finally addressing us and I noticed one of them was the ?shift lead?. Server was nice.Food was hot. Read more
Wow. Amazing. We had the greatest server, named Dylan. Not only was Dylan kind and understanding, he was super friendly and... welcoming. Probably one of if not THE best, servers I?ve ever had. The whole staff here is super kind, but Dylan specificallystood out to me, because of his kindness, and his ability to communicate. He was so kind to my mom, He is so kind, and I wouldtotally recommend him to anyone! Definitely will ask for him again. Read more

When we came in the front door of Applebee's in Newtown, Pa we were seated in the room to the right in a booth. We were the only... one in the room Approx 15 minutes after we were seated 3 men arrived & were seated 2 booths away from us. They ordered theirdrinks & proceeded to have a LOUD spirited conversation with a person on speaker phone. He was yelling at them stating, " thejobs had to be done today"...they were cursing in English but most of the convo was in a foreign language. No one said anythingabout their obnoxious behavior. The waitress, was a young girl who said nothing to them, she apologized to us for theirbehavior when she brought our check. The Manager on duty was an older gentleman, he assisted the waitress in delivering theirfood he ignored the behavior. Chaos and lack of leadership. I am sure he heard the conversation on the speakerphone. (It was atleast a 25 minute call). We are locals. I will not be returning. I left the Restaurant with a headache. Awful experience . Read more

Our waitress was fantastic. The onion rings were great with special sauce. They gave us exactly what we wanted. Love Applebees.
