I love Chipotle and was so excited when this location opened close to home. This has to be one of the most poorly managed... locations I have ever visited. I have had countless pickup orders take 30-45 minutes longer than promised, and when I went infor dinner tonight at 7:25pm and they were out of several things for my order when it looked like they just closed up thekitchen for the night and the staff working just didn?t want to make anymore food (when they close at 9:00pm). I never ate at this establishment but I do deliver from here often and today for whatever reason while I was picking up an order... for a customer it took almost an hour for the order to be ready. I'm sure the staff are hard at work so the only one to blamefor the consistently poor service of this place is management. This place truly needs some serious revamping as reference frommy current experience as I write this, as well in conjunction with the testimony of other compatriots who've visited thisChipotle. I took this order on October 11th 2022, and my estimated wait was between 6:45 to 7:45. Cooperate with needs to closethe place down or replace management pronto. Read more

Some days they just randomly decide that all orders will be placed via the app or online. Then they give you smaller portions... because they fill it behind the scenes. It?s not right and the CEO should stop bragging that they can raise prices faster thaninflation, if he can?t staff the stores with employees or continue to provide appropriate portion sizes. I don?t write reviews really but this last trip took the cake. I?ve been avoiding this location for awhile now because I?ve just... had too many bad experiences, as most of these reviews are, but I stopped by tonight because my girlfriend wanted somethingquick. They just didn?t have my online order for an 8:30 pick up, basically closed without asking me why I was standing there(maybe the only chipotle that closes everyday before 10), and then threw together my order without telling me they wouldn?t beadding things they were out of (a fantastic surprise for us when we got home). I could go on longer about everything during thisexperience but I?m sure everyone already knows how terrible this place is. Corporate, we love chipotle but we hate thislocation. Please send help or ask the owner to sell it to someone who actually cares about the restaurant industry. For now doyourself a favor, find some extra time, and go to Bomba right next door! Read more

This location is wildly inconsistent. They are always short staffed, short on ingredients, out of items and mess up orders when... they are open for digital only. I love chipotle, they are always consistent and the food is good. This location misses themark every time we go in some way or another. Read more

This Chipotle is terrible. I have never had a good experience there. They consistently mess up the orders. The kitchen prep area... always looks a mess. Employees eating in the back. It's in one of the most high end shopping centers around but they hardly actlike it and it seems like the owner/managers do not care. Read more

I love me some Chipotle but this take out experience was the quite strange and not all that good actually. I don't feel I need... to write a short story on what exactly happened. 1. My food order. 2. The Chiptole employee with my order and 3. The order thatwas after me but some how interrupted mine. I hope it was a one time fluke and just a bag day. #burritoon Read more

This place is disappointing. I like Chipotle but this location fails every time. I?ve gone three times and each time something... like this happens. This time they dumped a giant pile of old grey guacamole on top of my bowl that was ice cold. Probably coldsince the app told me a delivery time and the driver was 20 min late. To top it off they make it almost impossible to call thelocation to correct the issue. The app has nowhere to get immediate help other than a feedback rating that takes days to get aresponse. They don?t even provide the location phone number. Even if you can get the number which I did, there is onlyautomation and/or full mailbox that no one responds to. So what happens is you pay $5 plus dollars for delivery for an ice cold,days old burrito bowl and there?s nothing to do about it?so you?re left mad and hungry. Believe me I wish I didn?t have to writethis and it could be resolved in an easier way but that?s on chipotle. Read more
