Ordered for pickup on the app. The 3 salads were not what was ordered. No bread and no forks. Called them and they said they... would re-do the orders. They were correct this time but the containers were 75% full. Just horrible service. Won't be goingback. Read more

Ordered the Chinese chicken bowl. My wife said she added jalapeño peppers but my bowl didn't have any. The bowl is completely... flavorless. There isn't a salad dressing so I am substituting whatever I had at home. My wife's salad is also "OK". I guess Ican say I tried the food here. Not wanting to go back again. Read more
I have ordered from Chopt many times before and have had no issues. However, tonight I ordered a salad without meat/protein, but... it arrived with chicken on it. I'm not vegan/vegetarian so it wasn't that big of a deal but if I was I would be even more upset. My mother in law in a vegan I would hate for her to accidentally have chicken mixed in with her salad. I also asked for walnutson my salad but they were not on my salad. Read more
very nice teenagers working here and pretty tasty food but they really try to get you to pay for extra toppings. i asked ?can i... get beets if they are free? and she plopped them on for an additional 80 cents without asking. when i told them i was randomlygetting something for my father and wanted advice, the girl pushed the most expensive toppings. wrap and a salad for 30 dollarshahaha. in their defense newtown area is pretty rich anyways. maybe if there was a coupon code i would love to try them again Read more
I have been wanting to try this place for myself despite the reviews and I?m glad I did! The custom salad I got was full of... flavor and with the right amount of toppings. Since is was a chopped salad, the toppings were mixed down to the last bite. Quick for pickup and would def enjoy this again! Read more
I had a great experience at the Newtown PA location, It was pretty busy when I arrived, but I was greeted by Steve (I think-... Manager or Owner) he was grateful I had come in and gave a brief explanation of menu and said it was probably be about a 13 minswait from where I was standing to the front of the line, but in the passing time to check out the menu online, and if I had anyquestions to let him know. Its nice when you get someone who makes a realistic expectation for my visit. I didn't mind waiting Iknew it was a new location and the staff was swamped! After all it was only their first week there. Kudos to you guys & gals! Idid order the Spicy Sonoma Caesar Salad. It was a pretty large size & Good! I actually couldn't finish it. A little spicier thenI anticipated but otherwise very delicious. I think the Pickled pepper actually tasted like Jalapeño, but Ingredients were veryfresh, easy to order and change if needed, but still great the way it was, and it came with a slice of bread, I also asked for afountain drink which was off to the side where I could fill on my own. I got the basic organic black tea, pretty basicunsweetened tea. At the same station as the drink fountain, they also have Forks, Spoons, lids, napkins etc. My only suggestionis to supply butter for the bread where the rest of the stuff is over by the door, But still had a veryy great meal. I would goback again, no problem. I would suggest anyone who does go to this location keep in mind the parking lot isn't the best and youmay have to walk( which I did) which again no worries, cause that isn't on the restaurant , its the Brixmors issue. I ordered the Greek Salad. Mobile order and curbside pickup was smooth and easy. The salad is ok. Gets the job done, but nothing... special. Barely any chicken, didn?t taste super fresh, cost $13. The bread it came with was a half piece of stale sourdough. Read more
