Waited 4 minutes at counter nobody else on line, 3 employees behind the counter and not one greeting . Walked out without... ordering. I don?t usually leave reviews but this was the worst service ever. Disappointed. Read more
I have been a handful of times and enjoyed it, so I brought my daughter back. My only negative is that the wait can be a bit... long. I'm not sure if it's short staffed or if it just takes longer to make each order from scratch. You could be the onlyperson in the store but if they are filling online orders that takes priority, so food is coming out but it's not yours ???? But I like the product, and the decor is cute. 1 point off for the cashier. Unfriendly and seemed as she didn?t want to be there. Looked at me like I had 5 heads. But everyone... else was nice and pleasant. The nutella bowl was good (like any other playa bowl) and they were quick considering how busy itlooked. Read more

I usually am obsessed with this place, however today I was really looking forward to my bowl and it?s basically pitaya. There?s... hardly any granola or fruit, and the granola is my favorite part.
