Good beer selection, pizza is okay, but they shoo you out after you close your bill (even if you?re not quite done eating). ?We... need this table?. Won?t be going back. We visited Vincents pizzeria and taproom for takeout. We ordered a pizza and a Stromboli and they were excellent. The pizza had... a good crust and a generous amount of cheese. The only thing I could recommend is add a little more toppings on the pizza. TheStromboli tasted great and was crispy on the outside and included fresh ingredients inside. Our favorite pizza in the area after moving to Newtown 7 months ago and trying 5 different places. We've only done takeout and... had a very fast parking lot pick up experience. I'd like to see them incorporate chicken and impossible vegan beef into theiroptions, there's also a decent plant based pepperoni. They are very heavy on pork and beef options and have no chicken or plantbased meat substitutes. Read more
Love Vinces. Been here many times over the past few years and used to go to the one on Grant Ave for years when I lived closer.... Tonight was the first time I had a negative experience and I pray that it was a one time thing and an off night. We got a Caesarsalad which is usually very good. Something was off and just didn?t have the same great taste. White with broccoli was missingalmost all the broccoli and we still got charged for it after complaining. Plain pizza and the sausage and honey, not as good aswe expect it to be. Again, hope this was a off night and maybe some inexperienced kitchen staff as they looked very young. Willtry one more time but I pray it?s back to the level we expect when we go. Read more
