I had ordered pepperoni pan and veggie hand tossed. The orders were switched around which i can deal with. But then i guess i... took too long to pick my order up because they ate slices out of my pepperoni pizza without even calling me to ask if i wascoming to get my order. I had to wait for another to be made and my veggie pizza dough is completely raw. The service at thislocation is absolutely awful ontop of it. Zero stars if it was possible. Read more
I do not agree with ONE Star. This Franchise is a big fat ZERO. Ordered for delivery at 7:52pm. Pizza arrived at 11:00pm cold... and soggy. Called restaurant several times and no one answered. There was no way for me to cancel this order, either bytelephone or online through the app. I was told by the delivery person they were the only driver working and one guy making theorders- on a Saturday night. I have deleted the app and will not be ordering from this poorly run franchise. Let's get a LittleCesars or Pappa Johns. Read more
I went into Dominos in Newtown Square PA and ordered a large pizza at 8:55 pm last night. I had to be in Springfield PA by 9:30... pm before the store closed. I told the person I was in a hurry and asked how long it would take for the pizza. He stated only 7minutes once it is in the oven and he had 2 pizzas to put in the oven ahead of mine. He asked for my phone number and put theorder into the system. I returned to the restaurant at 9:10 pm and asked if my pizza was ready. He said no. I then asked if mypizza was in the oven, and again he said no and he said he still had to put 1 pizza in the oven ahead of mine. Then the phonerang and he answered the phone and spent 2 minutes taking an order. While on the phone I asked the other 3 employees if therewas a manager I could speak with and they told me they were all drivers and the person on the phone was in charge. When he gotoff the phone, I immediately told him I wanted to cancel my pizza order and to refund my cash. He stated that he told me therewere 2 pizzas ahead of mine and I informed him he should have told me it was going to be 30 minutes until he put my pizza in theoven. He then disappeared. When he returned, I asked for my money back. He said if I cancelled my order they would cancel meas a customer and I could never order a pizza from Dominos again. I never experienced such incompetence. Stay away from thisunfriendly anti-customer Dominos. Read more
Ordered food on a snow day , paid with Apple Pay on my phone . But delivery was taking longer than usual , so I asked my wife to... call the place and see is she can pick it up instead when she left work . I already paid , plus delivery fees and a tip. Theycancelled the payment that went through and then calls me to say I need to give them a credit card for payment since wecancelled the delivery . I told them I didn?t need the delivery fee or tip . My wife will just pick the order up and everythingelse remains the same . The guy on the phone was like ,? I am just going to cancel the order . You can call and order again ?.So ignorant !!! . He ended up cancelling the order and left us hanging .. great customer service dominos !!!! Never everordering from this place again !! Read more
I can?t say enough about how impressed I am with ordering from here. I?ve ordered here several time within the past 3 months and... service and food have been outstanding. The workers (App says Wesley) have been super friendly and professional. The food itselfI was nervous about since I haven?t typical picked a chain pizza joint as my go to for pizza. But it?s been great! The firsttime I went recently they were very understaffed and still managed to be slinging pizzas and super friendly to all. Stillmeeting the demands of hungry customers. Tonight not sure if their staffing but same professional , courteous manner ! Read more
