Ate at Spice this weekend - amazing flavors, great service. Best Indian food we have had in the US. Onion Bahji, veg samosas,... lamb madras and mango chicken curry. Beware, medium spice level is hotter than other restaurants!! Thanks for the free raita tocool it down! Read more

We’ve done Door Dash twice from Spice snd the food has been PIPING HOT. Delicious flavors. I got the Lamb Tiki Masala and it... would stand up to Philly food (the best) any day of the week. Read more

I've only ever ordered takeout from here, but it is absolutely AMAZING every single time!!!! And I can bet that it's even better... in the restaurant. Some of the best takeout food I've ever gotten tbh. I usually get the Chicken Tikka Masala, garlic naan, andthe samosas, all of which I would HIGHLY recommend. Some of the best Indian food in the area!!!! Read more

My friend had never had Indian and Thai food before so, after seeing the great online images of the food, we decided to try it... out. OH MY GOD! Amazing doesn't even describe this place. The staff was so great. Extremely friendly, helpful and personable. Even a manager popped out to offer suggestions so we could get the most experience and variety on our order. The food wasflavorful, savory and honestly, to die for! Its been a year and I have often longed for it. Whatever wizardry they have goingon in the kitchen, works! The atmosphere was tasteful but not over the top. Very relaxing and comfortable. My friend is nowhooked on Indian food and Spice Indian Thai Bistro is now our go to pick when we decide to eat out. If I could give thisplace, the food, the staff, 6+ stars, I would. It's a late review, I know. I just hope that they survive this pandemic and thatthey come back strong. This place really was so amazing!!! Read more

We live half a mile from this place, but we have only been there 2x in four years. Neither my husband nor I could remember why... we hadn’t been back since the last time, over a year ago. Our memories foggy, we decided to order Spice takeout tonight. Weboth ordered Indian dishes. Three bites in, and neither of us can finish our entrees. My husband ordered Vegetable Jalfreezi. Hespooned some of the soft, limp vegetables onto his pile of rice. The vegetables obviously came from a frozen mix, like the kindyour mom buys to go with pot roast plus generic stir fry vegetables, all mixed together, including corn kernels. Corn? Sugarsnap peas, krinkle cut carrots, diced carrots, peas, cauliflower... a hodge podge of overcooked vegetable matter thrown togetherin desperation. They actually taste like they were pickled vegetables. I ordered Chicken Chettinadu, after reading yelp reviewsto see what people liked. What I got was the saltiest, greasiest, fattiest sauce I have ever tasted with chewy, overcookedpieces of chicken suspended in an oily ghee mixture with a few herbs floating around. I tried to skim off some of the red greasebut it just kept rising to the top. The saltiness is so intense that it feels like I burnt my tongue. I tried to eat the chickenwithout the sauce, and it is still unpalatable. We ordered pashwari naan which should be stuffed with white raisins andpistachios. Instead, it looks and tastes like a paste of red dye number 1 inside wet pizza dough. I am not exaggerating.Pictures attached. So now we remember why we haven’t gone back—although, if it had been this bad last time I am certain wewould have remembered that. It couldn’t have been this bad. Because I will never forget this big waste of $45 on $10 worth ofsalt, fat, and pickles. Read more

Great tasting mouth watering food! The environment here at spice is chill and very calming. The plus to this place is that they... sell halal meat! We ordered two soups, green curry, traditional fried and garlic naan. Once the food arrived my taste buds werelike a firework I ate till I got full. Being that I’m from Bangladesh I was looking for some good tasting curry. Spice is theplace to be for some valid curry. I recommend this place to everyone. The service was on point as well. Very attentive server, the owner himself welcomed us and provided desert on him. I look forward to coming here again ????????. Only had the photo ofthe soups because the food was soooo good I didn’t have time. Read more

Highly recommend. Indian food in the Philly area can be hit or miss, but this spot is definitely a hit. Chef is clearly... passionate about his food and it shows in the taste and presentation. Came for dinner and the specials were fantastic (pompanopictured). The vegetables were so well flavored they gave the fish a run for its money. Can't wait to come back for Sundaybuffet. Read more
