If I could it would have zero stars. Ordered food and it took about 40 minutes for 2 burgers and an appetizer sampler. Food... missing and made incorrectly. Employees standing around just talking while we wait for our food. Another time an employee THREWMY FOOD AT ME after overhearing a private conversation. We always stop here for gas / snacks / lunch when we are in the area. Restrooms are super clean and never had any issues with... ordering food. Also, the staff seem friendly & happy. Read more
I have been in a lot of different sheetz since the chain went into business. Overall, Sheetz as a whole they do an excellent... job in hiring the right people for the job. Sheetz has been getting worse. The last time the guy had to come out 3 time to get my order 3 things. So I get curbside because... I am trying to respect there mask rules as much as I can ok so I don't walk in. At least get the order right please or I willhave to go in. I don't waer masks.
