Bistro Six One was absolutely perfect. A young man greeted us almost immediately and got us a nice patio table. The server was... right there with menus and ice waters on a hot afternoon. She was friendly and charming, answering questions with ease. If youare a fan of vegetables, go for the chicken curry. Great flavor and like 12 different vegetables. Sauce was a mild coconut andnot sweet. Nice fluffy basmati rice. Nice change of pace for a veggie starved and weary traveler. Salad was apparently good aswas the pizza with potato and bacon. Local wines were a nice touch. One traveler had the Chardonnay (good) and I tried asemi-sweet Riesling (excellent). Could not have asked for better! Read more
The place looks good but we sat down and the server was nice. That where it ended pretty much. French onion soup was way too... watery and bland. Fish and chips were terrible. Cooked from frozen, tough and over cooked. Zero seasoning. These things are easyto fix Six One.. get on it fast Read more
Amazing food + Fair price + comfortable seating Me and my sister were starving and finally got a good dine in restaurant with... delicious food. It had number of options. We were happy because they had vegetarian options too. We enjoyed Mediterranean pizza????, Panko crusted Brie served with cranberry chutney and flatbread at the side and Mojitos. We tried Brie for the very firsttime and I liked it and now on, it?s on my food list lol ????. Isabella (Bella) guided us and served us in a best manner as somefoods were new to us in the menu options. Overall, we loved our dine in time in Bistro Six One. Read more
I had to try here when I saw that they do wood-oven pizza. And I am so glad I did!! Foods were good, price was great, patio was... super awesome. Service could have been friendlier but it wasn't bad. I would definitely come back here to try their otherpizzas???? Read more
My husband and I were looking for a place to eat today on our wedding anniversary for lunch. We took our chances when we saw... some of the google reviews but I have to say the service was AMAZING! We were served by a lovely woman named Amy and she was sosweet and hospitable. She was very welcoming and honest on what she personally liked when we asked her. We ordered the Shrimpand a Margherita Pizza. I feel like the menu is limited so my suggestion is to take a look at what they have before diningin. They were both very delicious and the margherita pizza was thin crust which was amazing! I would definitely come back againif I was in the area and would recommend anyone to ask for Amy, as she made our experience pleasant. Read more
Their BBQ chicken pizza is delicious but it?s not a bbq taste you expect. It tastes like a mild salsa sauce. They explained that... their bbq sauce is home made and it?s not similar to a regular bbq sauce. I think they should add this on the menu ! Trouts isalso was poorly flavoured. Read more
