A very rustic dining experience with delicious food and great servers. I have been here twice now and the restaurant has never... disappointed me. For dinner, I had crab cakes, prime rib, and the peanut butter creme brulee. The buffet breakfast was also muchnicer than expected with fresh eggs and waffles prepared by a chef. They have homemade jam and farmer's sausage links as well.The food was so delicious and so fresh. The staff here were also above and beyond. We'll definitely be coming back again soon! Read more
Very good restaurant in the NOTL region. Service was solid. The food came out EXTREMELY fast. Came here for both a dinner & a... breakfast. The dinner was on the more expensive end BUT the portions you get for the price are quite large. Unlikely you'll needan appetizers, entree and dessert (unless you like leftovers). Brunch was great too. Custom omelette bar & waffles plus the fullbuffet. Great for a sunday brunch or nice date night. Read more
This restaurant is the best you can get in terms of price for value in Niagara-on-the-Lake old Town Historical District. We got... braised beef short rib and rib eye and they both were phenomenal! Large portions for the value, unlike some of the competitorrestaurants in the vicinity, where you pay the same price and get very mediocre meal. Highly recommend and would come back hereagain!! We have been coming to the Vintage Hotel Chains for 4 years, and every year it gets better, every birthday and anniversary my... wife and I are here celebrating ???? This restaurant is a 6 stars for us, the food was incredible ???? best food I have everhad to date, I can't say enough about how amazing the chef and the staff is, great experience, meal was about $250 but worthevery single penny. Honestly anyone who complains about the food, service and price, needs to get a life, there should be noreason for a lower than 4 star rating. Keep up the great food, service, and experience. Good restaurant. One of the original Inn and spa at niagara on the lake. Parking is good by choice valet or yourself across the... street. Service is exceptional. Menu is OK. I was really looking for steak but they had prime rib. So I chose the salmon and itwas well prepared and tasty. The wife had the short ribs and it was ok needed a bit more seasoning. Overall great for specialevent, for us anniversary. Read more
This restaurant is located right inside Niagara’s Pillar and Post. We had the tiger prawn as appetizer with prime rib and... lamb shoulder as main. The food was excellent. For an upscale restaurant, the portions are surprisingly generous. But whatmakes this restaurant exceptional is the service. We will be happy to revisit again. Read more
Definitely one of the best meals we have ever had at a restaurant! The risotto and the chicken supreme were phenomenal! Nice... wine selection and love that they suggest pairings on the menu. David took great care of us and had them write happy birthday onmy dessert plate. Loved the atmosphere as well. We will 100% be coming back here. Read more
Had a 5 PM reservation and when we approached the Host(ess) stand at 450 PM we were told "Sorry, we don't open until 5. When the... door behind you is open (the one closed adjacent to the one next to it that was propped OPEN that we walked through) we willstart seating folks". We returned at 5:02 and were seated immediately. Lisa was our server and she was fantastic. We had thesoup of the day and table bread and 2 drinks to start. Soup was good. We both ordered the Chef's special Short Rib and a couplemore drinks. Unfortunately we've had much better Short Rib mains in the area. We skipped dessert. We'll return when we stay atthe P&P or one of the sister properties and we'll def try other main course options. Read more
