It is the only McDonald's around the area, pretty convenient access when going through Niágara-On-The-Lake. However, the place... is pretty messy and dirty, there were some mosquitos around the tables making unpleasant the dine in experience. 0 stars if possible. Stopped in to the use the washroom shortly after 9pm. Made it to the washroom and were kicked out because... the store was closed. Doors were open so how were we to know? Wouldn't even let use use the washroom wven though we were in it!....awful! Read more

This is consistently the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Unfortunately there is no other in the area so I find myself going... back there and being disappointed again, like a crazy person who does the same thing expecting different results. Today was noexception. They advertise all-day breakfast but I was told they do not serve hash browns after 11am. My sausage and egg mcmuffinturned out to be bacon, cold and no attempt was made to wrap it up in an orderly fashion. Without getting the desired hashbrown, I had to get fries which were half-full and cold. The diet coke was overflowing and the server spilled it all down my carat the drive-thru. Now I do not have high expectations for a restaurant like McDonalds, but even my low expectations are higherthan this disaster of a restaurant. I hate myself for being a recurring customer. The best McDonald's experience in 5 years. Our cashier (Jennifer) was very pleasant and took the order very precisely. The food... was ready in merely ten seconds. The burger was fresh and hot, the poutine was delicious and the salad was fresh. The place isclean and tidy, with a great atmosphere of home. Absolutely recommended... Great job everyone in this location. Two thumbs up. Read more
