I've noticed there's a Poutine supply issue in Toronto, and decided to call and check if this location by Outlet Collection at... Niagara were serving it. The gentleman who picked up the phone confirmed they did, and was very polite & helpful. We ended uphaving lunch here and despite this being a very busy location, the staff we encountered were great - excellent customer serviceexperience. Read more

We were at the drive through late last night. There seemed to be only 1 person working the cash and maybe the kitchen too. ... There was a bit of a wait for our order, but the young man working remained professional and explained the delay. me and my friends ordered 3 meals through the drive through and not one thing was correct despite us confirming back with the... staff multiple times. we tipped them $7 before the mistakes because we felt bad for running up window time but they repeatedlygave us wrong items until the manager came out to role her eyes at us and pretty much usher us out of the drive through beforewe could say what we needed. staff needs to be retrained.
