No washroom for customers. Bad customer service. Food wasn't that good. Table was dirty. Table uncomfortable to sit at because... there was a piece of wood at ankle level. That's about it. Update, Sep. 20/22: I saw a reply stating that the owner reached outto me but I didn't see that message anywhere. They then left the lengthy reply below. I appreciate the effort but will leave themoney where I had spent it. I wish you all the best, Nolaas, and hope this feedback helps future customers. The sandwich that myother half ordered was decent but small for the price. The salad I ordered was bland and lettuce bitter. The menu item said itcame with vegan chicken and was told upon ordering you were out and that no salads come with the meat alternative. Read more

I ordered delicious pastries that I had tried the year before for my daughter's wedding this past weekend. There were 6 vegan... and 10 gluten free guests. I emailed Melissa (the owner), who was delightful to deal with and helpful getting me what I wantedand got delivery of products on my way out to Waterloo. The guests were surprised to find that they could have some sweets aswell that was in their dietary needs. They kept asking me where they came from even though I advertised it on the table with asign and description of what each one was. Thank you Melissa for your delicious baking and for helping me make the sweet table asuccess. I highly recommend Nolaa's Bakery for all events as well as to enjoy as a real treat. My son was one of the guestswho thoroughly enjoyed it and does every time he is Niagara- on- the -Lake every year. Read more

Excellent sandwiches! My 2nd time coming to Nolaas, it's been a few years and there is so much more to the menu then when I... first came. I had the Vegan Melt (superb) & my partner had the Chicken Sandwich. There are options for everybody; meat-eaters,keto, gluten free and vegan. The desserts do not fall short of the sandwiches either, super decadent, and go really well withtheir coffee. Overall, a great experience and I am really craving for another visit! Read more

Nolaa's is a great spot. There is a diabetic in my family and often he has to miss out on the delicious treats due to sugars and... ingredients used at most places. Not at Nolaa's! Their ingredients are made with diabetics and other dietary needs in mind. Agreat spot that the whole family can now dine and enjoy. Their Keto Lace Cookies are to die for. I highly recommend theirbirthday cakes and butter tarts as well. Owner and staff have always had a friendly, approachable atmosphere. The patio isgreat to sit on, shielding you from the busy main street. Read more
