Ordered 3 drinks today, and found them to be more diluted than in the GTA. But the grossest thing was the amount of fruit flies... in the store!! I assume they are from these rotting mangoes. Makes me wonder if they are serving these in their drinks. Read more

The drinks are a bit more diluted compared to toronto stores but that's not the reason for the negative review. The staff is a... bit on the unfriendly side. My experience wasn't horrible, the server just simply didn't say a word the entire time. Put mydrink on the counter, called 28, then went back to whatever they were doing. No talk, no nothing. NOW, the main reason for the1 star is the management. Bad attitude from staff simply reflect on poor working conditions. As you can read from other reviews, they are short staffed. Hence the busy workload from staff and hence the bad attitude. In addition, the store feels around 35degrees when the outside is only about 30 degrees. No A/C at all on a summer afternoon. You can see the sweat beads on theforehead of the staff. Imagine working in a steam room, for hours straight, shortataffed so you have no downtime, with impatientcustomers staring and waiting for their drink. Management needs to make this store more hospitable for the staff. As a customer,I can just wait outside where it is cooler. But the staff have to be stuck inside this oven for their entire shift. The layout of the store was nice..... and... that's about it. We used the self-serve kiosk, so I can't comment much on the... service, but I can imagine the service wouldn't be that great. We were "served" on a Friday afternoon by a completely drainedand emotionless employee (and the day would have just begun...). I don't blame the employee, but I do blame the store managementfor such poor foresight of how busy it's going to get during a Friday over the summer. The store had a handful of people ingetting drinks, all except for ONE family who ordered at-the-counter, but there was only ONE employee doing everything. Ithighlights how inadequate the store is in managing proper staffing levels and understanding scheduling. It took 15 minutes(timed via receipt) to get two drinks and there were only 3 orders ahead of us. This is an unacceptable amount of time to waitbecause if it was any busier, the lineup would already be out the door. I see some pictures from other reviews with lineups -unless this is a ploy to make the store look "busy" and attractive, this is a mistreatment of staff and customers. After gettingthe drinks, you can tell they were not quality drinks as it was flavourless and simply watered down for the price paid. If itwasn't for customers using the self-serve ordering, I can not even imagine how this single staff member would keep up withtaking orders and fulfilling them. I gave this store a chance at our regular shopping trips to the outlet and I would neverbring my family or recommend this location to a friend again. I regret not having taken my business to another place because wewanted to 'try something different than we normally do'. This experience will likely tarnish my predisposition to other RealFruit Bubble Tea locations should I ever have the misfortune of considering being a customer of this banner. Read more

5 stars for drinks and 1 star for extremely terrible service. My friend and I went there on Monday around 12pm. There was no... guest in the store and only 1 staff. He was completely unfriendly or welcoming. The way he talked to us was a bit rude andrushing like he wouldn?t like to serve us. We just simply ordered our drinks without any asking any of questions so service timewas short. At the end, even though I was really unhappy and disappointed, I still said ?thank you? to him but there was noresponse, even a simply ?bye?. I didn?t want to argue or confront with a staff ( or he might be the store owner) so I justleft. i will still come back as I love their Mango Slush, and I am still giving 1-star rate if the service is not improving.it?s completely unacceptable. Because receipts have ticket numbers on them, I would encourage staff to make drinks in order of receipt (first come first... served). For some reason 4 people got their orders before mine, most of which required mixing and even cutting fresh fruit. Iordered two milk teas and waited over 10 minutes while people that arrived after me walked out with their mango and pineappledrinks with tapioca. No explanation as to why. Milk tea is ok - less effort (just powder in milk) than most bubble tea placesyet very long wait. Clean location, nice staff but not good for milk teas. Read more

A decent Real Fruit Bubble Tea especially in an Outlet Mall and not located at the food court. There's enough room to sit inside... but would need Proof of Vaccination and ID. The menu looks to be the same as the other locations. Menu is fairly easy to readfor you to request the beverage of your choice. We ordered the Mango Diamond Slush and it was consistently delicious and notoverly sweet. Staff are fairly quick to produce the beverages and service is not bad. Overall, not a bad location to have abeverage to walk around the outlet mall. Read more

Very dissapointing flavor wise. The tapioca was fine but the milk tra wasn't great. Ended up throwing one of them out. Location... seems clean. Was not busy at all. They had 3 sizes available (I saw a review that said there was no medium) . They have a fewdifferent addition options for the tea. Wouldn't return with better options in town . Read more
