I work at the outlet and I go to this Tim?s frequently, it?s really inconsistent in their quality of coffee/food. It?s a hit or... miss, kind of regret my order most of the time due to its quality. Worst experience with Tim Horton's. I was trying to order toasted bagel but staff refused to heat up due to no more oven... service. They have bad attitude to customer near closing hours. They could have just close down and not provide service at allinstead of giving bad attitude to customers. Also after hitting road and noticed ordered 10 timbits but only got 9 !!! i work in the mall and came here on my break which is only 30 minutes and it was 730pm, the staff proceeded to tell me theyre... not serving food apart from donuts when they close at 9pm. there was only one person at the front, while the rest of the staffstood in the back and gossiped amongst themselves with a huge line. terrible service. Never ever going back to any Tim hortons again. Spent 30 minutes waiting for my order and another 10 minutes for the refund. I... am an hourly worker an only get 30 minutes lunch break.
