The Manager was very welcoming to the place, staff are very helpful. As always the food was great
Fast service, manager was very nice and stopped by a few times to check in and grab plates. He was training new people too and... was very patient. Food was good but a bit salty. They cooked my steak to a well done instead of the medium rare I asked for,but it was fine and not worth returning. So so disappointing ordered stake and shrip and the shrimp where almost as big as the stake. Not only that it's not the cut of... meat is to Supposed to be don't think they new I grown up on a farm and know the cuts of meat. Don't think I will ever orderthere again. I had never been to an Applebee's before,this was my first time. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and... personable. Our waitress was attentive and helpful. I had the full rack of baby back ribs and the person I was with ordered asalad with chicken which we asked they substitute shrimp instead. The ribs were excellent, not a big fan of their fries though. The salad with shrimp I was told was excellent. Read more
So we ordered our food and never got offered this promotion offer. Now from what I understand if they don't offer it too you... when you sit than your appetizer is free for that meal and if they don't offer it before you leave than it's free Mozzarellasticks before you leave. We were about to leave and brought it up to the waiter and she said "oh I was about to offer it, sounfortunately since I was about to offer it. it doesn't count" so we didn't get a free appetizer!!! Biggest gimmick ever!!! Ispent 86.29. and that's the thanks I get ??? Not again. Read more
