Went through the drive-thru. Ordered chicken fries for the first time. They were good! Service was fast and friendly.

An employee cooking the fries. Blew her nose and did NOT wash her hands. Just put in a glove and started cooking fries again.... Shift manager was also sick. They were not wearing masks. I asked the shift manager about them being sick. His reply was no onecould cover the shift. I pray its not Covid. Now i will have to take a test. Thanks burger king. I hope the shift manager thefry cook and the manager who decided it was okay for them to work with the public all get fired. Last time I eat at a burgerking. Read more

I got half my order and the toppings that come on one of the sandwiches was completely missing. Not to mention it took forever... and it was ice cold. Throwing 2 drinks in my order literally does nothing when I'm missing items and the stuff I got, isn't evenmade right! It's literally what comes on it....was not a special order. we just left the location because of the long wait .Cars were not moving at all we sat there for at least 15 minutes ! There... were at least 10 cars in the drive up window lane. So we went another location and the service was the way it should have been.Quick ????. Guess the other store had no staff!??. Read more

There was a lot going on here... First, the location is terrible. You literally look out the window at a giant landfill. The... sign on the street looks like it took a rocket propelled grenade and then we walked up to the door and the umbrellas on thepatio (that looked out on the landfill) were blowing all around the parking lot. Then you walk in to the store and the two mainmonitors that have the menu are broken and out so you can't see the menu and they don't have any paper copies so you just haveto guess unless you've got the menu memorized. Lady taking the order was great, super friendly and apologetic about the screensbeing out. We got a few icecreams, but they didn't have chocolate which my son that's on the spectrum was asking foremphatically. At other BKs they let us get chocolate syrup and it solves the issue, figured we would do the same here. We askedto get the ice cream after we finished our meal, they agreed, no problem. However when i tried to get the chocolate syrup, thewoman, who i believe was the manager, said no. She said that she couldn't sell it to me. I asked just to clarify that at arestaurant that exists to sell food to people she was refusing to sell me food and she said that "she doesn't make the rules,she just follows them." So her lack of flexibility and dearth of customer service resulted in a 7 year old boy with autismupset. But at least she was able to report back to... Someone ¯_(?)_/¯ that she followed orders and refused to sell us thestupid chocolate syrup. Beyond that, food was fine. It came out quickly and was tasty and the interior of the restaurant wasupdated and spotless. Read more

It was OK. They wasn't very knowledgeable about some of the burger sauce n etc, but the drive through lady was really sweet.... They've already got good deals going on there. Read more
