I will give 4 for the burger we got - Double and Vegan and the lady who took our order was friendly as what the reviews says... here. The drinks was not cold and not they offered ice. But last night, one rude tiny lady came to our table (seated inside thestore as it was full pack outside) was so rude. She said why we are seated there coz they are close? I was half way eating myburger and lost appetite. I let my husband finish his burger and we stand getting ready to leave. On our way out that lady saidthank you for coming and have a good night sarcastically (the nerve) but I was not happy and just stared at her then she addedor NOT! That was the rudest experience I ever have in my life. Never will go there or recommend this place. Needless to say, Niagara Falls is a very busy place, especially during a holiday weekend. We visited during the Labor Day... weekend, and it was hot ! So after the whole day enjoying the beauty and splendor of the falls, we just wanted to sit, relax andhave ice cream ???? .. We were looking for a good ice cream place and there were many options .. We looked around and finallydecided to have ice cream here .. And I must say that it was the right choice !! I went to visit Niagara Falls and we needed a place to eat. We went to flip burger and I have to say this is far the best burger... place I have went to. If you want a home cooked burger that taste Awsome go there. The staff was incredible and even the onelady welcomed us back the following day. We even had to go and grab some burgers to take home. This place I have to say is waybetter then bk and McDonald?s. This place is now our go to when visiting Niagara Falls. Over all I highly recommend this place. Read more
The burgers were incredibly good. The prices were reasonable for a tourist area especially. Our cashier was very nice, friendly,... and thorough. The fries were piping hot and tasty and the onion rings and grilled cheese were good as well. Read more
