What is happening to my favorite Chinese restaurant??? Sweet and sour chicken is so overcooked, there's nothing but crunchy... batter no meat. Our chow mai fun was extremely dry, and rice noodles were crunchy not even cooked. My cousin added egg to hisshrimp fried rice and it was blobs of egg whites instead of scrambled. To make it worse, the lomein was also super dry, barelyany sauce. The customer service is excellent, but what is happening to the food? Sorry.. I can't justify spending money on foodof such poor quality. It's a shame, I've been eating here for 15 years but the quality has gone downhill lately. Read more

Should be zero stars. I have never met RUDER people in my life. I’m amazed this place is still in business, horrible customer... service. Spent $30 and didn’t get 3 of my items and when I called back to get a replacement they hung up on me multiple timesand then proceeded to argue with me. If I could give 10 stars I would the food is always great I never have had a bad experience. There are great prices and the... delivery always seems to be extremely fast. Decent Chinese food around Niagara Falls. Decent price for Chinese food around the food. Called to place an order for pickup and... it took 15min to have it ready (usual). Ordered the Dinner Special for Three which I changed the Pork Lo Mein with Beef Lo Mein.The wonton soups were plain and missing a lot of flavor. The remaining dishes were a little too greasy.
