I am collecting memories of every city I go to. I make sure I will visit a Hard Rock Cafe if there is one. The Niagara cafe is... extra special as it was established the same year I was born. Our server is superb and friendly. Reservation is needed. Took usan hour to wait for our table but it's worth it and expected. I always love their food - burgers and desserts and drinks. Read more
Visited Niagara falls NY for the first time during my first trip to NYC, didn't know what to have for dinner on my first night... and decided to head for Hard Rock Cafe. It was pretty packed at 8:15pm but I only waited for about 15mins before I got mytable. Not gonna lie, it was my first visit to Hard Rock after many years and I didn't expect much beforehand. Food was great,especially the buffalo wings are flavourful! And the baby ribs were awesome. But I have to mention it was Chelsey, with herfriendly and great service that left a great impression for me. Excellent service and love the short conversations we had. Assomeone from South East Asia, we hardly get to experience such service from F&B establishments so it was an awesome experience.5 stars for Chelsey! Read more
WOW!!! I wish there were more stars. I went in with my wife and daughter. The atmosphere was amazing. The staff were super nice.... I drove two hours to go there and the food DID NOT disappoint. I highly recommend their original steak burger. Mine was cookedperfect, sitting next to amazing, fresh fries. The beer was cold and refreshing. My wife enjoyed her never ending supply of cocacola, which our waitress never let get below half. Their homemade BBQ sauce is probably the best out there. There wasn'tanything out of place AND they have staff dedicated to keeping the whole place clean and safe! THANK YOU for the bestexperience!!! We will be back!!! Read more
Finding gluten free food is always bit of challenge specially when you have to be careful with cross contamination. Hard Rock... Cafe takes that worry away a bit since it’s a reputed chain. This is the third Hard Rock I’ve visited specifically forgluten-free food and wasn’t disappointed. The food was amazing and absolutely well prepared. The taste was great and youwouldn’t notice any difference even if you are not used to gluten free stuff. Read more

Best ribs in a while! Served with chips and beans. All delicious. Service at the bar is really friendly and good. Delicious... cocktails also. Great place to grab some lunch after exploring the falls. End your meal with a visit to their shop also. Read more
Yesterday night (Sat, Jan 22nd 2022) I visited Hard Rock Cafe, Niagara Falls, NY. The food was great and the server very kind. I... had the Hurricane drink that comes with the glass. Once finished, when I was in the store I wanted the regular glass. However,the manager said that the glass I wanted was not included, but the 50 years version. Then I decided to take both, so I boughtthe regular one plus the special edition that came with the drink. The point is that the manager was very disrespectful in hermanners. I felt like she was watching us while shopping and mad because I wanted the regular glass. Her face was a hate faceonce me and my friend started speaking Spanish between us. I always spoke in English to her and the cashier. We feltdiscriminated, which is ridiculous because this is a touristic place. I love Hard Rock Cafe but they should consider to hirekinder managers who treat everybody the same way. It was our first time in Niagara Falls, but our last time in Hard Rock CafeNF, NY. Read more
Waitress were very friendly . Food was also good. Atmosphere and interior is amazing. Super location to the Niagara Falls State... Park very close. Definitely should try when you came to visit Niagara. Overall was really good ???????? Read more
