Newest review: Maybe don't order ahead... Again the drive-thru was the only thing open and I had to wait an hour to get what I... prepaid for. But then I got home and half my combo was missing and they couldn't refund it over the phone and told me to comeback in to get a refund, but every time I go, you can't go in. Manager was apologetic and girl at the drive-thru was reallynice but after having an hour to prepare my order, you would think it would all be there. Old review: Order ahead because last2 times I tried to order, they were out of stock of Mac n cheese and broccoli cheddar soup, the 2 things we were craving andwent there for. I just left Panera after ordering through the app. My order said to be ready by 8:19. I walked in at 8:14 prepared to Wait till... 8:19 no problem. I was not greeted I checked my order already On the shelf , it had everything but a fruit cup. If I didn?tspend over $4 on it , I would of left! So I decided to stay and wait and I went up to the counter and asked the bakery lady ifshe could check for my fruit cup because it?s missing. She said they are working on it now. I then waited 5 minutes . I asked atabout 10 minutes of waiting for a $4 fruit cup where it was ? Where the manager walked over and asked me if I needed any helpand I explained the issue. She said they are making it now and then came back with it. I have worked in customer service and Iknow you were at least supposed to ask how your customers are doing and attend to them. I?ve never thought something like this would happened to me. Long and behold it did. I wasn?t going to post this because people... have slip ups from time to time. I am posting this because of the way the situation was handled. When I returned to Panera andnotified the worker there was a fly in my salad he immediately took the salad and said ?Ok?. Not a sorry or can I replace itwith something else just ?Ok? that shouldn?t just been brushed off you served a loyal customer a fly. There should?ve been abetter way to handle the situation but not only that refunded me for my soup in which I wasn?t originally returning and snatchedthe bag with the soup in it. The worst Asian sesame chicken salad I have ever bought at Panera bread?
I have read several posts regarding negative encounters with staff at this location and I have never had a single issue. The... staff generally seems friendly and willing to help. I am posting as of today 1/12/22 they have some temporary hours due toworkforce shortages. Hoping they will be a full strength soon. Read more
Great place for weekday lunch! Got the southwest chile lime ranch salad with chicken along a side of baguette bread. Ordered the... whole portion and came with a lot of food. Seating area was packed around lunch time, was able to find a small table. Waitingtime was short for the food. Read more
