Firstly when I visit A&W I expect the same quality at every location as it?s a franchise chain. Sadly disappointed with the... Thorold Stone Rd/Montrose location. I like A&Ws because unlike other fast food restaurants, A&W takes a moment to prepare and serve hot. I have been a regular... visitor to this outlet since 2019. This branch was no exception in serving hot food until today (22 Sept 2022). I placed twodifferent orders (a beyond meat burger and a spicy Habenero sandwich) at two different times. Both sandwiches were preparedquick, but they were not hot. They were warm at best. I hope today's experience will not repeat in future. I will update myreview accordingly. This A&W location in particular frequently provides sub-par service. The workers have a poor attitude, the orders are... inaccurate, and the food isn't even warm all the time. I do not recommend this location, nor will I be visiting again anytimesoon. Read more
When you go to A&W you are treated royally. For an example on my last visit I found myself broke and the staff gave me a free... coffee. I eventually received the deposit on my bank account and ordered my favorite bacon and eggs with all the fixing. It'savailable any time. Every employee is trained by the management and they always greet you and know just what to do. It's theonly fast food restaurant chain in the Niagara region that looks after you properly.
