Amazing food & service! My husband and I had a great dinner. Reasonable price!

We did have to wait for a long time for both our drinks and food, however when everything arrived, it was absolutely amazing!!... Clean, spacious and I'm all for clean, esp when it comes to eating out! The steak was soft, succulent, well presented!! Had dinner and breakfast here whilst staying in the hotel. NY strip was excellently cooked and certainly one of the better... restaurant steaks I have eaten, and the dinner service was superb. Breakfast was equally as good with efficient service and atasty and large full cooked breakfast. Would definitely recommend, especially if staying in the double tree (and still if youaren't!). There was some sort of convention at the hotel when we ate here. The place was pack and LOUD. Staying at the Hilton, I simply... assumed that the restaurant would have a classier vibe. I was wrong. It was honestly not great. The food could have been bettertoo and definitely wasn't worth the price. Update- The response from the restaurant to my review is off-putting. Why are youreferencing my husband's review? Should I not be let to independently review a meal apart from him? And using your response asan advertising platform for your pricing structure and breakfast menu feels less like a reply to me, and more like anopportunity for you. I'm changing my 2 stars to one star. The customer service in this entire Hilton Hotel is sub-par and as abusiness owner myself, I would advise you to enjoy a slice of humble pie once in a while. I recently had a 5-day stay at the Hilton DoubleTree and I booked this hotel not only for its location and view of the falls... because it had a nice restaurant on site so if I didn't feel like walking around to find my food I could just get somethinginside the hotel. On the very first morning I realized I was wrong thinking that the food here is not very good it is lacking alot of flavor I ordered the California eggs benedict and the spinach was slimy and the eggs were cold. The home fries had noflavor at all and I couldn't even get the attention of the waitress to get some water or I refill at the coffee and speaking ofthe coffee the coffee is absolutely terrible. Maybe it's terrible on purpose so you're forced to buy a Starbucks from the lobbybut it was undrinkable. This was the first and last time I ate at this restaurant for the rest of my trip I either ordered inwith doordash or went out and found something to eat huge mistake trying to eat at the built-in restaurant in this hotel. Worst experience ever ' they took over an hour to get our food together and finally we get our food to go because we sat there... 1.5 hours in total and they missed our daughter's intire meal. The vegetables were raw the steak wasn't grilled it was baked thesauce to salty AND our server was on her 3rd day of work without coaching , she made me a Ceasar that was literally a glass oftomato juice NOT KIDDING! . I'm a red seal chef and have been in this Industry for 20 years and I'm telling you do not go there! Save your 150 for McDonald's because they would have done a better job SERIOUSLY! Read more

Delicious food that would rival the Keg. Steak was tender and juicy and a phenomenal sauce with it. Pasta dish we also got was... working together with such delicious flavour. Lobster dip was not overpowering and very tasty. Highly recommend this place. Nota lot of people in here but not sure why with how good the food was. Service could have been a bit faster but was still verypolite and friendly. Pricing was a bit high but still very reasonable for the quality. Read more
