Visited the Ferry Street location. ( sept 10 @7:30), not only was it 1000 degrees in this location the service was terrible. No... one can hear what you are saying through the tiny speaker in hanging plexiglas ( far too apart to hear one another). Myfamilies take out order was so messed up. Missing items and mixed up blizzards is a total disappointment to 4 children and the 3adults being served dessert. A smarties blizzard had chunks of cookie dough all in it, missing an entire sundae, not to mentionbecause it?s so hot in This faculty all the ice cream is melted. Non of the blizzards were even filled up in the cup. What awaste of $50, customer service has gone straight out the window in this location. Terrible experience the franchise ownershould be ashamed. Ordered an ice cream cone and it held it's shape at 11 15 am today. It was a humid day high 33 C. The cashier was polite and the... other staff brought me the ice cream. I will visit this DQ during my weekly visits to Niagara. Now I am ordering medium BlizzardOreo every Saturday. It is fluffy and delicious as a treat after biking 77 kms in Niagara. Read more

Been staying in Canada since last year Sept. First time trying Dairy Queen because my friend wanted to go, I cut ice cream... because of previous experiences with braces, but DQ seems to make me pick up ice cream again, tried the blizzard, it?sfantastic. Staff flipped the product in front of me emotionlessly ??????and I nearly had an heart attack???? Oreo Dirt Pie isamazing if u like gummy bears in it. DQ on Ferry Street in Niagara Falls. Close to all the restaurants and entertainment on Stanley Avenue. This location offers... cooked food and more beyond the frozen treats. This visit was quick and we enjoyed our food on the outside seating. Indoorseating is unavailable at this time. Read more
