Customer service is poor. Only 2 employees working they super busy and exhausted. Throwing pizza on table like he doesn't what... to be there. Dominos should put more workers in this location. Highly recommend Don't go there if you don't want to spoil yourtrip. Read more
Don?t even want to do 1 star review. wish to opt ZERO for this location. Never had such a bad experience throughout my 3 years... in canada. We ordered 3 large pizzas and when went to pick them up, we asked to use the restrooms. Both their restrooms wereout of service and it was out of service 3 weeks back too. We know how it is , right? They always do this intentionally sonobody can use it. We requested to use Female washroom as we drove 3 hours to visit Niagara. Unfortunately we chose thisDominos. EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. I ordered a medium pizza but it looked small. The pizza was dryer than expected and didn't have enough tomato sauce. I also... ordered two boxes of chicken wings and they were smaller than expected, one box didn't have any sauce and was dry as well. Theyhad horrible customer service and the employees were dismissive and wouldn't provide us with plates or napkins. My wife said thewomen's washroom was extremely dirty and unsanitary and also smelled horrible. If I could give them no stars I would. I wouldnot buy from this Dominos again. This location is always fantastic! I had a very large order for my daughter's birthday this evening and it was accurate, fresh... and on time for pickup. The associate Arjun offered to carry my order out to my vehicle and was super friendly! Read more
