While on the way there I called to place a pickup order and was put on hold, well they actually put phone down on counter. When... I got there I see no customers at the counter and the 2 girls just socializing behind the counter while the phone is on thecounter still live with me on it. I ordered a poutine and deep fried pickles. it took 25 minutes and there were tomato pieces in it. A woman who ordered 2 deluxe... subs who came in after I ordered left with her subs 7 minutes before me. There was nobody in front of me when I placed my order.EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! Read more

We use to come here all the time but our recent order we picked up was a disappointment. I ordered my usual poutine... It was... one of the worst poutine I ever had. Fries was soggy and a bit raw, the gravy was clumpy like they didn't even cook it. Justawful and I had to pop it in the oven to heat it up. Even when heated it tasted weird and it wasn't the same. Food is good (heavily dependant on what you order) though its a bit expensive and since its made fresh theres long wait times.... Located on one of the busiest corners of the city, but are still relatively slow most of the time. That being said i still eathere semi regularly since they have a few specialty menu items that i highly enjoy, but i don't order anything else. Read more

Garrisons has had amazing food for ages, keeping their quality and menu even through a change of ownership. They cook the meat... for their hot subs separately first, so unlike some other places with well stuffed subs, it's done properly all the way through. Read more

I visited here recently and paid close to $50 for 3 subs. Two of the subs were buffalo chicken but the chicken had been soaked... in hot sauce making it too hot to even eat. (We like spicey food but this was crazy) And the buns were soaked with whateversauce they put on. I did call and speak to someone but she was very rude and told me that that's how they made their subs andthat nothing was wrong with them.
