Very disappointed with this single veggie burger just delivered for which cost over $20..the bacon I paid 1.50 extra for isn't... eve 1 slice. It was stone cold so were the fries and milk shake was melted . . If I could I would have returned this to thisstore for refund ...so mad as I'm immobile just out of hospital ! Read more
The employees at this location are awesome! They always get my order correct, and with a ? smile. The restaurant is always... clean and organized. My favourite Harvey's and as good as it gets! The food is ok, the burgers were nice and fresh however the the chicken tenders for the Buffalo chicken poutine was horrible,... they were rock solid we ordered extra chicken for the poutine as well, I wouldn't recommend ordering the chicken poutines. Theburgers, hot dogs and fries were all ok. Had a absolutely wonderful experience at this store. I have never written a review for a fast food joint before! I wanna say... Mandy was an absolute joy .. she was kind ,courteous, and was patient with us and other customers! She was able to take ourorders and serve us well,able to take orders in drive through and ask the next customer to wait and she will take care of himnext !! I think Mandy deserves a pay raise ! Consistently bad experiences and this one was the last straw... My bf and I got poutines and they weren't in Harvey's packaging,... they were in *super shallow* styrofoam containers. We get these usually at another location so we know the size of the regularand when we put it in our bowls at home it was visually way smaller than usual. Literally a rip off. I absolutley love harveys for their vegetarian options . They don't just have one vegetarian burger, they have two. The original... harveys veggie burger, which I prefer and the litelife which has more of a meat taste and texture. That combined with deep friedpickles and jalapeños they have vegetarian snacks covered as well. Their poutine is made with vegan gravy which is fantastic. They have many drink options such as slashes, milkshakes and energy drinks alongside soda. The app is the easiest to order fromas far as fast food apps and pick up is quick and easy . We ate everything very quickly. We used a coupon and they let us keep it for next time. All of our orders were accurate and our... food was prepared promptly. Pop was a little flat but was still good. The service was excellent and the wait wasn't long at all.From the picture you can tell we enjoyed our meal. I have been coming to this Harvey's for years. The lady named Carole; has always been very rude, unprofessional, rushes orders... and is impolite. I would highly suggest getting rid of this poor excuse of a worker. She's making your company lose customers.She deliberately does not give me sauces that I paid for or napkins which are necessary since I'm always on the go. I will nevergo there again in order to avoid her; I'm not putting up with her embittered attitude and pay for it on top of all that. Read more
