UPDATE 26/08/21 I have adjusted my review to reflect my re-visit. Attention to food quality and portion size is significantly... improved. Thank you to store mgmt for reaching out and making things right. ************************** I guess the pandemichas affected Harveys quality and portion sizes. There was no one in the restaurant or drive thru but they still managed to servea cold burger. I've included pictures of what they now consider a $3 order of fries. The restaurant was clean and service wasquick. Pity the value has gone out the window. Read more
Been coming to this location for 19 years and never have any problems, but on April 24/21 after finishing a 12 hours shift. I... ordered 2 plain hot dogs ???? with the total of 10.15$. Dang!!! What kind of hot dog do you guys have that it?s 5 $ a piece??? .I?m sooo disappointed ?harvest ? with your prices. I will definitely warn anyone I know about this. Read more
Just left the Harvey?s at Mount Carmel Plaza, I?ve been there many times and had great service and good food. But today it was a... different story, the woman who took my order was amazing, but the entitled young lady that put my sandwich together really needsa lesson in customer service. If she doesn?t like her job then maybe she should go work somewhere else. I think I will stickwith A&W where they actually smile and give good customer service. Read more
This Harvey's location was packed at lunch time. Make sure to take that into account when you are pressed for time - even when... the service is fast. The food had the same quality as at any other Harvey's. My husband likes the burgers and I usually ask forsomething with chicken. We have never been disappointed. Getting to this location may be a bit tricky. The place is not easy tospot depending from which direction you come. Finding the right entrance - there are several because of other businesses - canalso be a bit of an adventure if you've never been to this location. You can always walk a few steps if you ended up at thewrong parking lot. The nice thing is that there is a Tim Horton's on the other side of the parking lot - if you crave a coffeeand dessert after your tasty lunch or dinner.
