I bought a XL Double/Double at this location. Had to dump it out for it was way too sweet. I am a truck driver, so I could not... go back to get this corrected. The pictures show over a ¼" of sugar on the bottom of this cup. What is wrong with yourworker to think that this is acceptable? The one star I gave you is too good. Absolutely poor service. First, half the drink fountain does not work, including the ice.... Second, there were no ketchup cups, when asked the girl at... the counter said they are out and offered packets, then said she has to go to the back and get them, came back with noketchup... Third, ordered the new crispy chicken burgers and they were burned. Got the argument that it's a darker meat, I don'tcare how dark it's supposed to be but it should not taste burned. Read more
Always friendly service, very clean inside, fast service at this location. Visited Port Colborne location a few weeks ago and it... was brutal - trash on tables, miserable employees, order was messed up also. Asked for ketchup (for 4 people) and got 2 packets. Read more

Came here three times during a trip, and my order was correct and ready quickly each time. Exceptionally friendly service at... this location! There were multiple young men working who were so kind and helpful. They did not act annoyed when I asked forspecific prices through the drive-through. I was very pleased and will return if I'm ever in the area again. Read more
Huge advertisements for $2 sundae, charging $3.59/sundae. Unfair business practices!
Such poor service. First of all, they can't even take an order right, have no patience in the drive through, speaks so fast for... no reason, but the service is so slow. Ordered a couple mcflurries, regular size. Took them atleast 10 minutes to make, and whenwe finally got them, they didn't even fill it up, less ice cream in a regular size than a snack size, what a shame. Honestly ajoke. Same as other locations, McDonald's blocks VOIP call apps, i.e. Google Voice, Fongo etc, in both Canada and US. So you cannot... make calls with these apps at McDonald's, you can only receive texts. WhatsApp is the only call app I find not blocked at thistime. VOIP apps are often used by travellers, especially long-distance travellers, to make emergency calls or keep in touchwith family and friends while travelling using public wifi, which McDonald's says it provides. Also staff at this location arenot nice when they tell you they are closing at 11pm. smh Read more
