Love this place. Healthy but tastes great and portions are more then generous. Wonderful staff every tme I've... visited 06-16-2022 I will say I'm on the better side of very disappointed in the lack of attention to detail with her workwhen your chicken is supposed to be grilled and it's thrown on to the grill and you're toppings and your Pita is put in then thework returns around and just grabs the chicken right off the grill with oh even chopping it up or flipping it over or you knowwhatever it is it makes it that really hot chicken and just push it right onto your pita and things that that is how a Pita PitSandwich Artist should actually serve a customer I'm extremely disappointed when it's one of my favorite places since I was 18years old to want to eat the staff member was extremely polite and very nice but the workmanship stopped badly I give it anegative one when I first entered the business there was three people and I shot two walks through the screen doors into theback and one continues to broom and dustpan basically right in front of my face for about a minute and a half before they eventurned around and said oh I'm sorry can I help you then disappeared into the back another staff member came out to finallyattend to my order and poorly made my sandwich not that it tasted that much different it's just the experience was not there atall not sure if I'll go back now Read more

i wish i could leave 0 stars. i use to be a regular at this pita pit location but service has really gone down hill, portion... sizes seem to have gone down by at least half and employees are rude. the last 3-4 times i?ve ordered on their app/ online i?vegotten either someone else?s order or it has been made completely wrong, when going in to order i need to repeat myself multipletimes before staff listen to what i want and overall pitas are just made poorly and it?s not worth the headache or the money.when i finally complained about my last order the staff told me to come pick up a new one even tho that wasn?t convenient for meas i work 10 hour days, when i did get my new one it was worst than the first? a large pita ripped in half and wrappedseparately, it was completely inedible, soggy and a complete mess. safe to say i will never return. oh and also, don?t botherwith their overpriced pita chips you only get a quarter of a bag and they?re always stale? not to mention staff cut them withoutgloves in front of guests. If I could give zero it would be more appropriate. My wife ordered her bowl with no onions, they made it with onions. I had to... say multiple times they were about to put the wrong food in the wrong bowl. After dropping some of it in the wrong bowl theyjust shrugged it off, and said "I saved most of it." My wife again said she asked for no onions, and only after her saying shewished people would listen was she offered another one, which we had no time to wait for. I also had ordered a bottle of popthat I didn't receive, and had already left before I realized because we were so frustrated. The manager or owner was justleaving before we placed our order. Maybe they should stick around longer, or teach their employees good customer service. Willnot be back. Wish them nothing but failure. Read more

The only reason I am giving one star is because you can't give zero stars. I have tried multiple times to give this location a... chance, but it's always the same result. The pitas fall apart because of the low quality of the bread. The best part is that thelast 3 times this has happened, the workers have said "yes, we know it's an issue, it happens all the time" then added "we'vecontacted the supplier, but they dint seem to care." So, not only is it an ongoing issue, but they don't even try to hide ordefend their deficiencies. I have been to other locations without issues, this seems to be specific to the Niagara Fallslocation. Do not get a pita from this place unless you would like to eat a smashed up pile of garbage with a fork. Read more

It serves healthy food and there are some friendly and nice staff. It is quiet in the morning,and the first time I ate there... make me feel it is similar as subway.
