We came here for our anniversary and we were seated by the window over looking the Falls. The server Ryan was very attentive... and friendly. The Wagyu was made to perfection, very tender and flavourful. The strip-loin steak was huge and delicious. Thesauce for the fries was a good match. We received a surprise dessert from the house, mocha & espresso ice cream coated withwhipped cream, it was so rich in flavour. Read more

The food is great. My husband loved his Tenderloin steak. I had Mushroom Raviolli and loved our Baked Alaska for my birthday.... It's just took so long to serve us. We almost left. We waited and hr and 30 minutes to be served. I got a little annoyed thatthere were very few servers. The view is beautiful though. Fireworks in the evening was lovely Food is expensive and waiting forit this long is not worth the experience. Suggest to check elsewhere. Read more

The star rating is not a five because we were welcomed with dirty glasses for water which also had particles in it. And the... salmon in the ?Everything? Crusted Atlantic Salmon was so basic in taste, despite the lovely presentation. Everything else got agood review from the persons who had them. The Rack of Lamb was sooooo good. Swimming and smoking up the red onion agrodolcegrainy mustard jus. The lobster in the Surf and Turf was not the greatest I?ve had but the juice from the filet mixed with thelobster ?americano? sauce was tasty enough to go on. The ravioli was super bland but the fillet sure made up for it as that wasnicely cooked. The Mac n Cheese lobster was very different with truffle oil. The Linguinj Carbonara was ok too. Pricey spot butthe beautiful view of the Niagara Falls and the red bearded waiter?s manners and patience with the group was worth it. Read more

Spectacular view of the American Falls and the Horse Shoe. Ambience is magnificent although deco is old. Service is outstanding!... Nevertheless, the steak is tasteless compared to Ruth Chris or The Keg. Read more

Dining on the 10th floor of the Crowne Plaza. Pleasant setting and worth the view alone. Dining experience was remarkable. ... This place ranks up there in quality with some of the big name steak houses. If you're in the falls area, book a table and besurprisingly impressed. Read more

Disappointing for the cost. You can get a much better bang for your buck at surrounding restaurants. We started with the... calamari, it seemed as though you were playing the lottery while eating it some pieces were juicy and delicious and some reallymissed the mark and were hard and chewy. When we finally were able to speak with our server about how inconsistent it had beenwe had finished the majority (we were famished) and he made a comment about how we had eaten most of it and generally ignoredthe complaint all together without trying to make our experience any better. We then moved to our two entrees a us prime steakwhich was delicious and a bolognese which was about average and nothing to call home about. Our server Michael seemed to beengaged at the beginning of our dining experience but seemed to lose interest in our table. As the restaurant became busier itseemed that Michael was the only server and that he was splitting his focus between maybe around 7-8 tables which is not what Iwould expect for such an upscale restaurant. The menu was also quite obscure as sides were not included with the steak or anyother entree and had to be purchased separately for a minimum of 15$ (15$ for French fries). Overall we were looking to have anupscale dinner for our vacation and prime steak house seemed like a good option as we were staying in the hotel it was locatedin but the service and food felt like something that may have come out of somewhere like the keg and not somewhere as upscale aswhere we were eating. Would have been 3 or 4 stars if something had been done about the calamari or it it even seemed likethey cared about our dining experience. Read more
