Allow people to order 8 drinks and hold the entire line up . If they are in a group staying at hotel sorry 2 drink limit make... the line move quicker and will make people come down if they truly want coffee. Very EXPENSIVE! The prices are more expensive in this neighbourhood because they're taking advantage of the possibility that... tourists may not notice that the prices are doubled in this neighbourhood due to the extra taxes. They seem to also not processthe rewards point offers that are available at other Starbucks stores in other neighbourhoods. Read more
I understand no preordering but no points? They have it advertising everywhere on the tables. Plus the prices are jacked. I... still bought drinks for my tired crew but cancelled buying 2 travel mugs, 5 croissants ( @$5 a piece) an 3 cake pop. Also hadthe worst Dragonfruit refreshers that where watered down. Read more
Absolutely garbage - baristas aren't great at making drinks and same complaints. Don't take the points system or birthday... coupons because they're allegedly "privately owned". Read more
I went there last night, the store was clean but the staff (only one person) was not welcoming at all (not like the other... Starbucks staff). When we walked in she even wasn't in the store she was in the back and took couple of minutes to show up, withno greetings or smile took the orders, I asked her to prepare a lactose free milk late for me, when I wanted to drink it I feltthe smell is different so I went back to her and asked her are you sure it's lactose free? She said "Actually no! I will changeit for you" no apologies or any sign of being sorry even after I told her I am lactose intolerance and it really makes me sick!Thank god I trusted my gut feelings! Clean store, pleasant staff, average, inoffensive coffee. It's a typical bland Starbucks offering. They serve the food in paper... bags where it sticks to the side, and coffee in paper cups that leave you guessing how hot it actually is. Basically, the styleof presentation and the generally meagre ingredients in foods are what deliver both the consistency and mediocrity of Starbucks.The lovely staff and clean cafe cannot of themselves raise this above 3 stars which is the max this paper bag brand could everachieve.
