I usually have a lovely experience, the drive through people are always super nice and I haven?t had a negative experience until... recently. Hence why I?m still giving 4/5 stars Whoever was working the night shift August 27th closed over 30 minutes early andturned away multiple customers. Got there just before 9pm and they already locked the doors. Kinda disappointing. Just lookedlike the girls locked up early and went on their phones the rest of their shifts. Read more

Friendly baristas and plenty of space to relax or get some work done. Very clean and quiet at 4pm on a weekday. They also have... a drive thru window. The quality of drinks here in Canada is much better overall than what we found just across the border inthe US. Highly recommend the delicious soft ginger molasses cookie which I enjoyed with a chai latte. Read more

Ordered venti Iced white chocolate mocha through uber, was so disappointed, no whipped cream on it, not at all. Full of ice,... less syrup. Pour it all down in sink out of anger, coz the money i spent was not worth at all. I have myself worked at starbuckswhile i was in London. But these guys are just not doing their job fine. Read more
Service was slower but very polite, snack was perfect, drink was completely wrong. Ordered a peppermint mocha but they forgot... the peppermint and im pretty sure it was a regular coffee with milk or cream instead... Not impressed, and a wasted drink. Read more
