Apparently the Starbucks? around here are not connected to corporate. This means you don?t get points and the prices are... inflated out the wazoo - for literally the same drink. Our Grande drink was a little over $10, by the time the "LF" fee of 8% was applied. This extra 8% isn't indicated anywhere on... the menus, so I asked twice about it -- but got only evasive answers from the staff. Googling the controversy about *some* ofNiagara's companies charging a wide range of surchages (sometimes 10%), I learned a bit more context. These hidden fees arecounter-productive -- they leave a bad taste in the mouth, like a 'gotcha'. This isn?t your average Starbucks. The prices are over the top, the service isn?t great and they drinks don?t taste as you would... expect from Starbucks. You can even enjoy watching insects fly over the counter and your drink (today?s menu wasps - not just MrFord?s favourite lol) To be fair, I ordered an Iced Americano - how can you get that wrong? This Starbucks leave the prices blank so they can charge you whatever they want. Seriously! If you cannot live without... Starbucks, at least visit the one few steps away. Yes, it's also overpriced and charges the stupid Niagara Falls fee, just likethis one, but the space is roomier. Read more
horrible. they don't give starbucks points, my daughter ordered grande drink, got a drink in a tall cup, she told barista, she... said"oh..."(without apology of course), poured the same drink in a grande cup and only added milk and gave it to her, charged$9. Read more
Staffs are friendly. No nitro coffee on the location or online/app ordering. Prices are way too overprice compared to the... Starbucks normal price. Read more
