We love Swiss Chalet and tonight was by far the worst experience we had. Server was useless and not once did she come back to... our table to see how our meal was, drinks are empty. No chalet sauce, and when she came back we asked to speak to a manager andthen brought us our bill and no offering of coffee or desert for the adults. We asked is the manger coming her response was ?yes he?s taking his time. ?. I?m taking that he doesn?t care to see what the issue was. Working in the server industry for 23years the owner of this restaurant should be embarrassed for having a manager that didn?t care what we had to say or address theissues. I had not order Swiss chalet for some time because of poor service but thought I?d give it another try. I placed an order online... for pickup at 5:30 pm went to pickup at 5:38 and they had not even started the order yet received the order at 6:00pm . I guessthe service is unchanged. Read more

First off Deanna our server was awesome. Second the food was delicious and generously portioned. I've been waiting to go back to... a Swiss Chalet for years (they closed US stores) and it was just as I remembered Deanna even brought us finger bowls. Will beback. Read more

Shocking number of issues on such a simple order. Really bad first experience in Canada while waiting for the nearby EV charge.... The checkout process was broken at multiple points on their end, requiring several attempts before finally a manager couldintercede just to get the food order in, which took a while to happen. The food quality was not worth the price, as the chickenwas far too dry and the amount of sauce they gave was lackluster. My friends simpler order took far longer than it should haveto complete, and they still did not complete it correctly with half the order incorrect and almost 15 minutes past scheduledpickup. One of the only reasons we bothered getting food was to get permission to use the bathrooms, which were still dirtybeyond reason and without any stocked toilet paper. I'm sure the staff is doing their best, but this would need a top-downrefresh from management. It really feels like they just don't care, and it's not worth your time here no matter how hungry youare. Read more

Food is great as always with many family friendly options. But service is unbelievably bad from the manager Jay. He did not seem... happy when we came in and said we are 10 with kids. but it got worst as we stayed there. We asked about sweet potato fries (youpay extra for) with regular wrap order as there was very little on the plate vs other plates with sweet potatoes and regularpotatoes including kids meals. He said that another plate got more. Kitchen did not split it well and we should move it from oneplate to another to make it even. What???? and then walking away, he said "you got your kids meals free, right?" What? therestaurant promotion was: get kids meal free with the purchase of an adult meal - he complained we got the deal that restaurantwas offering for kids!!! This guy should not be a manager and we all were shocked to hear things he said. Read more

It started with free parking (hard to find in Niagara) and a warm welcome! Staff was super friendly, and our waitress was... amazing. Definitely a very good place to have a good meal! Read more
