There seems to be a trend where they always forget items in your order, be it drive through or online ordering. Ordered the... Grilled Burrito Combo, Chalupa supreme Combo and 2x Crunch Wraps. They changed $42 and didn't even put the burrito in. Noreceipt was given inside the bag or stapled on the bag, I'm assuming to prevent anyone from going back and getting a refund.This is the only taco bell close to my work and I guess this is the price you pay for convenience. I ordered 2 bean burrito and 2 beef burrito, to my surprise they made bean burrito with the same gloves they made beef one. The... worst part was i saw the same employee sweeping with the same gloves on. Whoever is reading this ask that employee to changegloves in front of you. Waited inside for nearly 10 minutes while no one acknowledged me there. I then went in my truck to get service because the... employees were more focused on assisting the drive-thru customers. I ordered my food got it at the window. Hot half way down thestreet and my root beer was just carbonated water... not sure now they couldn't tell by the colour.... pretty annoyed at theover all service. It was not busy. Standard delicious food as always. We ordered ~ chalupa, bean burrito, taco, supreme french fries and drink. Very specious... place. Excellent Parking. Nice outside view. No issues. Washroom was clean. We were tired from long journey. got freshed.Enjoyed. Read more
Edit: my past view visits have been pleasant and food very fresh! Only one in area.. The drive thru is one of the most... ridiculous ones I've encountered and is truly a horrible experience when busy. I have witnessed multiple arguments betweenvehicle drivers during my many visits due to it having two entrances. I am always not-so impressed with my orders. The tacoshells never seem to be as fresh and crunchy as other locations and they are kinda chinsey with the sour cream. I pay forsupremes I want a regular amount of sour cream! The other ingredients are usually fresh enough and it still has that taste youcrave so can't complain too much I suppose. The staff seem nice enough but I feel the 'team' overly has poor communication. Manytimes my order has been wrong or missing items, and the one time I went in to fix it, don't know if I caught them on a bad daybut the manager literally yelled at the employee (in a very degrading manner) who was making food, it gave me second handembarassment. This location is always so busy I can only imagine the stress working there. The dine in closes early, andusually night time is drive thru only until around 930pm. Read more
If I could give ZERO I would. Nothing but disappointment every time I order from here it is ridiculous. I think I have order... from this Taco Bell 20+ times in the past year and I have received the correct order ONE TIME. Ridiculous. NEVER! WILL! I! EVER!ORDER! From this horrible location.
