If you are looking for different option burgers, you should check this place out in Niagara Falls (Canadian side). This place... has so many burgers options to choose from. The first time I tried The Works was in St Catherine, which was amazing and hugeportion. The location was a little more busy since it is located in the busiest area of Niagara Falls, however it has shorterline compare to other burger restaurants around the area. Great burgers, tasty, a lot of stuff but that does not turn into a mess after a couple of bites !!! Great french fries, great,... courteous, friendly and professional service from staff. We wandered in here while walking along Clifton, and we were not disappointed! The atmosphere is very nice--dark and cool, like... your typical bar. The staff were all very friendly, super attentive and constantly asking us if we needed anything or if thefood was good. And by god, was the food good! What I like about this place is that there are many different burger options, butif none of them sound good, you can make your own and customize your burger down to the bun. I got the Taste of Heaven wagyuburger and it was extremely juicy, had great toppings and was huge. Their poutine is also very good. Crisp fries, great gravyand stretchy cheese curd. Zero wait at 3pm. Bathroom had no toilet paper. Service was fine. Food was average at best. The burgers are small and very... overcooked. The kids meals were pretty gross looking and the kids didn't enjoy them. Side of poutine was the best part of themeal. Wouldn't return. Read more

The taste of the gravy in the poutine was stellar! The flavor of the elk was amazing; I highly recommend it!! It took the server... over 20 minutes to take our drink order (we almost left). Several parties came to the atrium, but left in frustration becausethere was no host. Overall, the taste is delicious, the value for the price is poor, and do not go here in a hurry. Read more

Awesome burgers, staff was very friendly, burger was nice and juicy as a burger should be. The topping selection is great. And... the onion rings are very crispy and juicy at the same time. Great food! The service was a bit slow but overall it was really delicious. Really quirky restaurant, worth giving a shot! Tons... of burgers to choose from and ways to modify your meal! I am not a burger lover, but this place changed my mind! With the side of broccoli (so very fresh, not frozen, very delicious),... I enjoyed a balanced meal! The caramelized onions are sweet and the mushrooms are fresh (magic mushroom melt). The water cup isvery signature (caught my eye immediately). I will definitely revisit!
