I will make sure that none of the very large crew of guys I'm working with on a large project here in the Falls ever goes to... this Tim's again. I called at 5 am to ask if or when the dinning room would be open. I was told very shortly so I ordered a cabso that I could eat and pick up a few things for lunch later. When I arrived the door was open and I went to the counter whereone of the staff very rudely told me the counter isn't open yet. I asked when they would open and she snapped and said when theyget more staff. No answer. Seeing that I just wasted money taking a cab there and how rude the woman was while leaving I spit onthe floor a few times on the way out. Shouldn't have but with their attitude they deserved no respect. Sure you're short staffedbut not only was the door open their was absolutely no reason to have an attitude with me or not serve me. Strange theycouldn't take time to serve me but had time to go wash the floor after I left. I will be contacting the manager and head officeabout this. Here we go again, just visit this location an employee was been rude to me I requested yo speak to the manager, and he mention... well you have called yhe public health from us and leave some bad review, so I Guess Amanda is making her employees retaliateagainst me for exercising my rights. May be the problem is the Manager lol. I really don't care I will continue to fight for thehealth and safety of all humans who eats at this location. Read more
The worst tim Hortons ever. Beyond unprofessional. Closed on midnights when they?re supposed to be open, says online they?re... closing at midnight tonight and they?re currently closed at 11:30, then the workers will just ignore you while they smoke outback instead of taking your order. Like at least put different hours online or put a recording or note that youre closed. Notthat hard. Read more

Online it says 24 hours, i was there at 6:05 and was told they were closed, watched 2 cars go through drive through 5 minutes... after, when i went back she said well i'm taking your order now, ok well what time do you actually open so i know for next time.I'm am on my way to work. Not open 24 hours , staff are outside smoking instead of being inside. Confirmed open 24 hours according to google but once we... left after waiting in drive thru foe 5 minutes we seen the staff outside. This was at 5 am. Not sure how you can take orderswhile smoking but a sign at least would be nice if your not going to be open/ taking orders during your operating hours. Thishas been one issue out of several at your Mcleod Rd location. Need to update your hours if your not open. Read more
I don't know if i caught the staff on a bad day or experienced racism but my partner and I came in and an older white lady... refused to serve us and ask an other employee to serve us. It all felt very awkward after that. I didn't feel comfortable eatingthe food she prepared for us. Read more
Now this place is unreal not only my food rank but the attitude of theses people are beyond unbelievable this was my second... encounter with the to Morton?s I go to Starbucks now but them too give us stuffs for mistakes that mare and tjr hard time takingaccountability forget it a three-year-old does better than they do and most def if they don?t like there job find another onethey do like they made going to simple munchies and coffee a night mare !!
