Had a terrible experience today at this location. I?ve always gone to this location and and never had any issues, however today... the guy taking my order clearly didn?t understand that I wanted three combo, half a dozen donuts and coffee with a wrap was anorder the drive thru can?t handle. I?ve gone to other Tim?s location and made larger order in the drive thru and never had anyissues. Especially being a mom of four it?s convenient in the drive thru. The worst part was the manager was so rude and told meI should come inside instead of drive thru,?. What?s the point of having a drive through?
